Monthly Sound Bath at Nuns Lane

Join me for a relaxing and transformative experience at my monthly Sound Bath. We start by choosing an insight card and we briefly reflect on its message. We then set our intentions, where we can focus on our personal goals and desires. Setting an intention brings our hearts desires into our energy field and allows things to shift and attract what we wish for.  In the unique sound bath session, I combine the soothing effects of sound healing with the powerful energy healing modality of Reiki. Using a variety of instruments, including drums, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, bells, and gongs, I create a heart-centered atmosphere designed to promote relaxation and well-being. Whether you are seeking tranquillity, healing, or simply a moment of peace, my sound bath is the perfect escape. Come and immerse yourself in the uplifting vibrations and connect with like-minded individuals in our community.

Self Care

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to overlook the importance of self-care. However, taking time for yourself is not just a luxury - it's a necessity. By prioritising self-care, you can improve your mental clarity, reduce stress, and ultimately enhance your overall quality of life. . Make it a point to carve out some time in your day to engage in self-care activities that resonate with you.

Intention setting

Intention setting is a powerful practice that aligns seamlessly with the principles of the Law of Attraction. At its core, the Law of Attraction suggests that like attracts like; your thoughts and feelings can manifest your desires into reality. By clearly defining your intentions, you create a focused direction for your energy. This process begins with self-reflection.

Heart Centered

I am creating a safe space where you feel held and supported. This work is heart-centered, inviting you to open your heart and embrace vulnerability. In this nurturing environment, we encourage authentic expression and connection, ensuring that everyone feels respected and valued. Together, we foster a sense of community that promotes healing and personal growth.

Corporate and Community Sound Baths

Corporate and community sound baths offer a unique and immersive experience that promotes relaxation and well-being. These sessions utilise sound waves, typically emitted from instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and chimes, to create a soothing environment. Employees in a corporate setting can benefit from sound baths as they help reduce stress, enhance focus, and foster teamwork. Similarly, community sound baths open the door for individuals from all walks of life to connect and unwind, making it a fantastic way to build community spirit. As participants lie comfortably and listen to the harmonising sounds, they are guided toward a state of mindfulness and tranquility. This transformative experience not only supports mental clarity but also promotes emotional healing and physical wellness. Whether for a corporate group looking to boost morale or a local community seeking connection, sound baths are an excellent way to foster a sense of calm and unity. Taking part is simple, just bring a blanket and an open mind, and let the sounds wash over you, rejuvenating your mind, body and spirit.
